City of Chicago Scaffolding (Safety)

Purpose: As per the city of Chicago Scaffolding Ordinance, in order to operate a single or two point suspension scaffold within the Chicago city limits the operator must have in their possession a city of Chicago scaffolding card.

The training covers OSHA 1926 subparts L (scaffolds) and M (fall protection).

Length of course: 1 day / 4 hours. (5 Credits)

Card Expiration: 4 years.

NOTE: This is a awareness course to help the operator of a single or two point suspension scaffolding understand OSHA's minimum safety requirements for operators. It is not a certification course.
