Fifty-two Painter Apprentices were graduated on Friday, October 29, 2010, at the JATCDFTC Graduation Dinner, held at the Rosewood Restaurant in Rosemont. Ronald Ivers received the Outstanding Graduating Apprentice Award, while he and Andrew Buikema were both honored for Perfect Attendance. Dan Penski, Director of the Finishing Trades Institute, delivered the Keynote Address, while attending dignitaries included Jim Williams (General President, IUPAT), Ray Price (General Vice President, IUPAT), Terry Fitzmaurice (PDC14 BM/ST), Tom Villanova (President, Chicago & Cook County Building & Construction Trades Council), and Jeff Castles (Chairman, Chicago Area Painting & Decorating JATC).
